Meet Ola Karlsson, a dedicated photographer from southern Sweden, based in Lund with a profound connection to Öland. Olas photographic journey began in 1970 when he bought his first camera, marking the start of a lifelong passion for capturing moments in nature and travel.
Beyond the lens, Ola has also been publishing books with his photographs. Additionally, he has been holding a professorship in chemistry and serves as a Sustainability & Innovation Director, responsible for pioneering environmentally-driven circular material development in combination with new business models shaping the future. With sustainability close to heart along with his professional commitments, Ola has remained steadfast in his pursuit of nature photography. Portraying nature genuinely and with transparency.
